We roast the beans the same day AFTER you place an order.
All orders ship for FREE. No matter the size of the bag or if it is a single product, YOU are our priority for us.
Your order ships in 3 to 5 business days. BtB guarantees freshness as our coffee is roast-to-order.
Once your product is on its way, we will send you the tracking number.
Estimated delivery times may be affected by holidays, natural disasters, or conditions beyond our control.
If the delivery time for your order is affected, we will use the information provided to notify you of the delay.
We do not expect to have items on backorder. However, the product detail page will reflect the anticipated shipping timing if that occurs.
If we need to update or change the shipping policy in the future, we will use the information provided to inform you.
